A Partnership Approach
Partnership approach: Collaboration at the Heart of Inclusion Health
At Bevan, partnership is central to everything we do. We work alongside a wide range of organisations across health, housing, voluntary, community, and faith sectors to deliver joined-up, person-centred care for people who are often excluded from traditional services.
Together, we build compassionate systems that respond to the complex needs of individuals experiencing homelessness, seeking asylum, or facing multiple disadvantages.
Who We Work With
Our partnerships span across:
- NHS Trusts & Primary Care Networks – ensuring inclusive, accessible healthcare is available to those most in need.
- Local Authorities – co-developing services that address housing, public health, and safeguarding.
- Homelessness & Refugee Charities – delivering outreach, wellbeing support, and practical aid.
- Faith & Community Groups – building trust and providing culturally sensitive support in safe and familiar environments.
- Academic & Training Bodies – sharing learning, supporting innovation, and developing the future workforce.
Why Partnership Matters
Working in isolation doesn’t work for the people we support. That’s why we:
- Co-locate services to reduce barriers to access.
- Share data safely to improve outcomes.
- Co-produce pathways with professionals and patients alike.
- Support cross-sector learning through joint training and reflective practice.
Together, we can do more than we ever could alone.
